I purchased the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished 12.9-Inch iPad Pro (512GB, Space Gray) and I couldn’t be happier. The device looks and works like brand new. The 12.9” Liquid Retina XDR display is stunning, with excellent brightness, contrast, and colors. The M1 chip delivers incredible performance — apps open instantly and run flawlessly, whether for productivity, photo/video editing, or entertainment. With 512GB, I have plenty of storage, and the battery easily lasts all day. Being a refurbished unit, I was a bit cautious at first, but this iPad arrived in perfect condition and performs exactly as expected from Apple. Excellent purchase and a great value — highly recommended!

Pretty good condition, some light scratches on screen and a gash on the bezel but during usage it is unnoticeable. The “housing” condition was pretty much 9/10 so that was nice. Tablet seems to perform just fine and the price is pretty good for the storage. I love having a tablet though it’s mostly for convenience and can’t justify full price for the pro line, so this is a great alternative, still quite the splurge for what I use it for though, but it is great!

I read the reviews for refurbished items and saw nothing but good reviews from now on I will only buy referbished it was in almost new condition could not tell that it had been owned before.Plus for a fraction off the price you get a better deal.

I'm glad i took a chance on the refurbished item... besides the original box everything came in excelent condition and i got a good use for it!

Problem: Earlier version screen too dim to be useful outdoors. Solved: Higher NITS allows the viewing of various content in bright sunlight. Bonus: Fast Cons: Battery life could be better. Cause? Higher resolution screen

Small smudge under the screen (not noticeable when in use) but can't complain for the refurbished price I got it for! Works very well

The refurbished ipad pro (5th generation) 12.9 522gb is a great deal. My ipad artived niceky oavked? Clean with no scratches and works well.

I'm in love with this iPad Pro! My last iPad couldn't keep up with my drawing motions anymore. This one is so fast and the storage is wonderful! And the screen size is incredible!

Purchased a 12.9 iPad Pro with scratches on both the front and back. Packaging kept the item safe but very generic, the charging brick was not one that should have come with this product at all and was dirty with spilled liquid of some kind on it without even trying to be cleaned. Not only this but a black generic cord. I will never try a refurbished product through Best Buy again if this is what they call "refurbished". To me that is called lying, just call it what it is BB, ..... Used!

Great tablet for any kind of situation. Extra storage makes it much easier to keep everything with you.

Amazing Ipad with long battery life and a sleek look. I haven't bought a book to write on ever since I got this. It is perfect for college.

The device is like new, comes in a generic box , bubble wrap, with generic charger and cord,the only thing is the battery drains faster than my new iPad. Maybe because it’s refurbished? Overall, a great product and worth the expense.

Excellent iPad. This is a like new tablet. It didn’t come in the original box but it was well packaged and came with a charge cable and adapter.

iPad came as described. Looks brand new. The battery drains quicker than expected, but not sure if thats normal for this ipad or not. Otherwise is great!

My screen cracked and this purchase was the same amount That it would have cost to replace screen.

Ordered refurbished one and it looks like brand new and clean. Working perfectly.
