    I took a $450 discount chance on this M4 iPad Pro refurb based on our experience with M1 iPad Pro refurb, which was perfect. It arrived on time, in BB package, no dings or scratches. Works as new, including the battery. Tandem OLED in mint condition, but only 90 day warray so used AMEX.

    Unfortunately doesn’t come with an official Apple product box BUT the quality was amazing. You'd never know it was a refurbished product. Looks absolutely brand new

    This is tough. I bought an open box ipad and they sent me the completely wrong on (about 4 generations older and an ipad-mini to boot). The packaging was right but whoever re-boxed it dont have a clue. I went to my local best buy and they made me pay an ADDITIONAL $150 to fix it because "they didnt have an open boxed unit to replace it with". Since this is for the open box/refurb, I recommend just buying new the first time.

    My iPad was never delivered according to UPS they gave it to me in my hands that never happen I reach out to Best Buy and Best Buy said no refund that I would need to contact the police I am like are you serious anyways I contacted citi cards and they are working on it so stupid for Best Buy to said that where they don’t have any prove that was deliver to me.
