Great product!! Tiny sratch but you can hardly notice it... wish i could keep it, but i was looking for an unlocked device with sim insert.

I've been eyeing this ipad for months and was happy that best buy gives you the opportunity to purchase refurbished items that are like new. I'm enjoying my ipad and look forward to purchasing more quality electronics!

Unfortunately, it came out of the box with faulty charging port -- it was my fault I did not return it immediately but I wanted to believe it would still charge, but it finally quit charging altogether even with "playing" with the cable placement. I tried it with multiple cables that I verified work with all my other Apple Lightning-port devices (older iPad, PowerBeats Pro case, iPhone 11), but it was always a problem with this device. I am sad to say that I will never buy another "Geek Squad" refurbished unit without testing it at the store before accepting it so I can return it immediately if it has any issues.

Sent me an iPad mini 2. I paid for rush delivery for a trip. I reached out to online customer service and they tell me to go to the store. I go to the store, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me and to call customer service. I spend an hour with customer service who tells me I can get a refund (not a replacement) if I print labels and bring it back wasting more of my time. I ask to speak to a manager and they tell me they are busy. Now I have no tablet for my trip because best by screwed me over over a $300 tablet even though I spent 3 grand on a fridge there a few months ago. Also shipping box was destroyed when it got to my house. Best buy customer service is Absolutely awful.

More then . 3 years buying ant Best Buy into I buy something use and it came in a regular bag this mini ipad a was specting to come in a bag or they regular boxes look igly was a gift make it look like bad bad

4.5 starts. This iPad looks like it was owned for a week or two. Has a micro scratch or two on the screen, nothing you can notice without searching. Performance is snappy and does not lag, runs all of my photo edit apps really well. I have never owned a newer ipad or iPhone, usually a couple years behind at least. That said, I would buy this again.

I'm always happy to find refurbished tech that fits my needs. This iPad has worked out great. An upsize from the mini I've been using for years but the size is just right for me.

It’s amazing. With 3 kids, it’s hard to get things like this for my kids. It was cheaper than other places. My son is going to learn faster by using the iPad with this app program that teaches kids letters, numbers, how to identify things. Amazing. It’s not too big and not too small for him.

To me refurbished is an item that is 80 new got repair the iPad I got look it got work on and what’s funny I got a cable that is not an Apple and plug from mottorolla
