    Item came plastic wrapped in a cardboard box. The screen and back side has some scratches but it is refurbished so makes sense. Although there were dirty sticky tiny dots. Everything works fine.

    Very disappointed. This obviously came straight from the gazelle sort bin to my house. Broken screen ( in several places) dented corners . Dirty. Returned ( easy at Best Buy) and bought a nearly perfect one on Amazon for $30 less.

    I have nothing in my house to charge this with! It has a cord, but no plug for the wall. I dont even know what it fits!

    I have only owned this iPad mini for a few weeks, so I don't have a lot of experience for the review. However, I'm pleased with the condition it's in, clean and no scratches, and the level of confidence provided by the Geek Squad Certified Refurbishing standard. The unit was packed with a charging plug and a wall adaptor. It's more than fast enough for my use (age 62). I would definitely recommend, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this type of unit again.
