But with these items you have to clean them when you recieve. Pretty nasty but they had ear wax or dirt. But did a full clean. Also they are tied into another icloud so they werent factory reset. I had to return a pair cause it was still attached to an icloud. Still worked but couldnt take it off their account. But overall product will work.

Incredibly powerful

I dropped it so many times and never change the sound. I accidentally put it in my laundry into the dryer and men, still very good and never change a thing still the sound! I just love it!

STILL CONNECTED TO PREVIOUS OWNER

My boo misplaced one @ work & was unable to locate the pod because of this reason. They did not to want to replace the pod or give me a new pair. However, after contacting bestbuy 5 times— I got a nice lady who offered help and replaced the AirPods Pro’s with new ones that are not connected to someone else’s.

Perfection, at an incredible price!

The actual case and AirPods are in excellent condition. They seem brand new and have had no issues thus far. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

Not sure I'd like, I bought refurbished and it was a stupendous value! Got 6 months of Apple Music, 3 months of Apple TV and Apple News.
