Awesome sound and connection to apple devices. Sitting still there amazing. Moving or working out!? Houston we have a problem. I want to love them but the pro’s with the ear tips are way more compatible than these are. I was so turned off bye them constantly falling out my ears, I went ahead and gave them to my brother free of charge. The first gen is better in my opinion

First of all, these AirPods sound great. Like all Apple products, they sync up and transfer between devices flawlessly. I only give 4 stars because Gen 3 seem to be quite large. One or the other has popped out from time to time. I cannot say, but my guess is that many of these "Refurbished" AirPods were returned because they would not fit many people's ears. The Price is right if you can fit them.

as always, its can be a gamble purchasing refurbished items, especially high priced products like these. 17months later these things are still working like their brand new

These are by far my favorite AirPods. I prefer these over the pro version as these have no silicone tips. They fit perfectly in my ears and the sound quality is great

I like this modern and they were good, also been refurbished from Best Buy. They were good quality.

Truly could not tell these were refurbished, except that they were paired to the former-owner. Easy enough to remedy. Bought them for my son, who misplaced his original AirPods (get 2) and he loves the sound improvements. I have the Pros and the sound is very, very similar and the skin detection is a cool feature. Plus, the battery life does seem slightly better than the Pros. However, I prefer the better sealed and more secure fit of silicone tips on the Pros, but the fit of these was fine/comfortable. If you can do without the active noise cancellation, for the cost savings, these refurbs seem to be the way to go.

Last a good 2 years with heavy use and I use my pods all the time.

Even though they are designated as refurbished, these have worked great for me. I honestly do not see the difference from new ones. The sound quality is great and they are worth the investment.

Absolutely best.. I have had them for over 2 months & I’ve yet to have a reason to complain. I use them mostly while working out. Came like brand new & I’m super excited that I got them. Fastest shipping & great value.

Very good headphones, I thought they could fail because they were reworked, but they don't work very well, only the box they sent was dirty and looked bad.
