My refurbished AirPod 3's are awesome. They arrived on time. Aside from the plain brown box they came in I could not tell that the weren't brand spank'in new! They were clean. There wasn't a scratch on them and they weren't attached to any other account. They were even charged (~85%). I set them up in no time and they function just as they should. I saved a ton of money and got, as far as I can tell, a brand new set of 3rd Generation AirPods. What's not to love. Oh, yes, they came with a charger cord, but no charger. Very happy so far.

Great Quality! Exactly like they were just out the box

Buying refurbished or open-biox products can sometimes be a roll of the dice, butbive had good luck with Best Buy Geek Squad refurbished/certified products so far. These Airpods were no exception — although they arrived in a no descript box without any of the original Apple packaging, they looked and worked like new. And compared to my old 1st-geneation Airpods, these newer 3rd-gen models have, so far, had much-improved battery life and proven to be a bit less buggy with staying connected to my devices.

These were perfect, I really like the fit and the sound.

These work as good as new. However I don’t think they were wiped properly because the previous owners Apple ID occasionally shows up.

I received a set of Airpods 3 that did not match the serial number on the box. The Airpods have a serial number on the case and the earbuds themselves. Those two matched. They did not match the serial number on the box. I am not impressed with this, as I assume I received fake Airpods from a scammer who did this return originally to Best Buy. I bought a pair of brand new Airpods 3 from a competitor of Best Buy and this is my review for real Airpods 3: I returned these too, unfortunately. The sound was INCREDIBLE compared to Airpods 2. But, unlike the Airpods 2, the Airpods 3 repeatedly fell out of my ears. The head of the earbud felt too large for my ear canal. It never felt secure. Once I did serious movement they would just straight up fall out of my ears. Made worse with any moisture like minor sweat. The redesign is much worse than the Airpods 2 for my ears. The Airpods 2 fit perfectly in my ears and rarely fell out.

They sound great! The only downside was they were still linked to the previous owner. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Just like new. Microphone pickup is great, good quality of layered sound comes through. Good range when using at home, couldn't be happier.

As usual Apple products are good, but I was not expecting this item to be as good as they say Excellent

Excellent sound system, It connected to apple phone nicely. I love this Air Pods very much because of it's quality.

Quality ear pods. I work out a lot and they hold up to the description not to mention being washed a couple times. Fit my ears well and sound amazing!
