    The packaging box is like garbage. The earphones I received have been opened. There are many scratches inside. There is no manual. New earphones should have a new plastic cover, but this one does not have one.

    Exceptional quality, comfort, sound quality, and has a nice comfortable secure fit! Noise cancelling is the best and main feature I wanted! Battery life is a plus to be so small it takes little to no time to charge and the charge lasts up to 3 days without being charged again!

    Gave my mother as a Christmas gift. I know Apple and love the product. She still is not wearing the pods correctly but she loves the sound quality and the ease of use. I too am very thankful for the ease of use!
