Cool AirPods but sound had a bit problems but I would buy again they were packed in the original box

It doesnt come with a charger! I dont know what kind of charger i have to use because the hole is bigger than the regular ! It ‘s not worth the buying! You save 30.00$ and you have to spend 25.00$ on the charger anyway! Not worth the saving

The item I ordered was dirty upon arrival. There is ear wax in the headphones. I’ve called customer support and the only resolution for this issue is to just return them. It is disgusting and quite frankly unacceptable for an item that is certified to be refurbished and in like new condition to arrive to a customer with another person’s bodily secretions on it. It is even worse that the customer support team really doesn’t seem to care that this happened, offering only an “I’m sorry” and “You’re within the return timeframe, just take it to your local store and exchange it. “

The packaging box is like garbage. The earphones I received have been opened. There are many scratches inside. There is no manual. New earphones should have a new plastic cover, but this one does not have one.

I’m very satisfied with these earbuds. The sound quality is excellent, with clear bass and a well-balanced overall sound. They are very comfortable, even after wearing them for several hours. The connection with my iPhone is fast and stable, and the battery life is solid. The charging case is convenient and easy to carry. Definitely a great purchase and highly recommended.

I get complaints that whoever I’m on the phone with cannot hear me.

The Airpods 4 sound great and are perfect for wearing for long durations as they are not air tight and thus do not cause irritation. If noise cancellation is not a must for you and you need a well tuned earphone, this is great. Battery life was good. Features like play-puase, assistant trigger do not work on Android if you are planning to use them with Andriod phone, the cost is not worth it. Otherwise great product from Apple.

I love my AirPod 4s. They are so small and discrete especially when working and multitasking at work. They are easy to clean and stay in without making my ears hurt with good sound quality. I can usually go almost two full days without having to recharge them

Great product as expected from Apple. Sound quality is good and fit is comfortable- at least in my big ears. This is my second pair, however the connectivity is lacking at times on the Pro2 and disconnects regularly.

I recently bought a pair of refurbished Apple EarPods from Best Buy, and I’m honestly impressed. The packaging was simple but clean, and the EarPods looked almost brand new no visible scratches or signs of wear. Sound quality is just like the original ones: clear mids and highs, decent bass, and great for calls or casual music listening. I was a little hesitant buying refurbished, but these work flawlessly so far.

I like the pods for the comfort and being able to hear the environment around me. I do wish they would stay put better so you could bend, etc with more confidence. The battery life is also pretty so so though the case is small and easy to carry so you get to recharge on the go. If you're in a sedentary office environment they would be great, for anything where you're active not so good as they will fall out and are so small and light its easy not to even notice.

Shocked that these cost as little as they do. Bought these as a birthday gift and they work great. Good sound quality and battery life.

I was a little hesitant to get the refurbished version, but I don’t regret it. It came in the original box, they were charge and working. I connected to the phone without any issues and the sound is really good. They hold charge very well. Overall there are not issues.

It is a very good Airpods. I needed one but could not afford a new one so bought this used airpods way cheaper than the new ones and am very satisfied with it. It works perfectly

So far, these have been my favorite AirPods. They block out noise really well, and the battery life is excellent!
