The airpods kept saying setup incomplete and we could never use the find my feature. We thought it was a bug, but unfortunately it turned out that these were still tied to the previous owner's Apple Account and we are now beyond our return window and neither Best Buy nor Apple will help us. The previous owner can track our every move so we have no choice but to throw these out.

The noise reduction was disappointing. The comfort of the product fails to live to Apple standards. Not having volume controls on the ear buds is frustrating and the mute button on the lower stem of the ear buds are a poor design.

The product is good on its 2 weeks use. But on the 3rd week there are weird noises on the item. Sometimes I couldn’t hear but most of the time a noisy sound is heard

I wanted to try them out but had earwax in one of the buds. Returned same day they arrived.

They send me used earbud,when i open my box is already open,so dispointed!!! I should don’t believe best buy anymore.

These work excellent! I use them daily. The shake head feature works well and allows me to disregard notifications when I’m trying to listen to something. The active noise cancelling is not on par with the pros or the max, but it’s pretty good. The ability to quiet what I’m listening to when someone is talking to me is cool, but if I start singing along to a song, or laugh at a funny part in a book, it dims what I am still listening to. Wireless charging, the built in speaker on the case, and usbc port were added bonuses as well. The battery life on these is awesome as well. They’ve never died on me. As one who has both the max and these, I use these more daily.
