Broke after 19 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stopped connecting after 19 months of ownership and won’t factory reset. 7 months out of warranty. Brought into Apple Store and the only option is to send into repair and would cost $300 ($150 per ear). Genius Bar guy said this is a common issue for these. Considering they cost almost $500 this is beyond sad.

So because they put in bad parts which didn’t allow them to be tracked I cant find the headphones

Noise Cancellation

I had to return them and the process was really smooth. I am now waiting for new ones to arrive and will update then.

Refurbished Crap

KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY!!

The headphones were still paired to someone else’s Apple ID. I contacted Apple directly and they confirmed that there was no way for them or Best Buy to unpair the item, that has to be done by the original owner. They also verified that the original owner could see and track the location of the item under their Find My app. For this reason, such Apple products should not be re-sold as it is against Apple’s and I’m sure Best Buy’s privacy policy. I was uncomfortable knowing someone could track my location, so I returned them immediately!
