The headphones I received were still linked to another's Apple ID, allowing them to track the headphones location using the Find My app. While the price was nice and the condition was excellent, I had to return them. I will just save up for a new pair to ensure I don't run into the same issue.

It worked well for a month. Then it would not stay charged. Then it stopped charging and no longer works.

Do NOT buy refurbished items from Best Buy! This item was not removed from the previous owners Apple ID. They are showing as stolen from Apple and Best Buy will not help me. Apple did all they could and Best Buy is playing a run around game. I get transferred to wrong depts, I get no help and most recently I was told they can not help me. So these headphones are going to stop working since apple thinks they are stolen. Maybe They will read this and actually help me. I have been trying for 3 days to resolve this. Horrible customer service!!!

Device was paired to another Apple ID. Cannot use. Been on the phone over three hours trying to figure out what to do. Best Buy has been zero help. Every time I buy an electronic from them, there seems to always be a catch whether it was my washer and dryer that didn’t work and I had to spend around 12 hours on the phone trying to get that sorted or something like this. The customer support sucks. I just keep getting referred to another person.

I purchased AirPod max and in November they where exchange got them thru ups on December, they work great, the problem is that I can never register it in my name and if I lose them never find them because the person that returned them never unregistered them. Now Best Buy can't help me because I have been thur more that 10 geek squad agents gone to the store now more than 3 time. By now I am so tired with this I just rather keep them and post the negative experience.

So the headphones were as expected, but not seeing it stated that neither Best Buy or Apple will warranty them even at an additional cost was a major disappointment.

Its aight, was pretty new no any scratch on it. Sound quality is not bad

Super over rated could of saved some money on these headphone

i wanted to love it however I sadly had to retun it because it was glitching and often disconnect. People couldn’t hear on the phone calls and for over $400 you can’t hear me is a big problem. The retachable ear piece fell off a few times when i took it off my head.

Headphones sound great but arrived with stains on the headset.

I bought 2 pairs of apple AirPods max headphones. They were connected to someone’s eles’s apple id. I tried to return then 3 times and was turned away some the account is still connected, but after explaining that they came like that and it was not my account they told me to talk to bestbuy support which gave me the run around untill the return period was over and said theres nothing i can do.

Bought these headphones for my daughter who is a NCAA D1 swimmer, for her pre-swim concentration and mental preparation, they lasted 4 months, before they stopped charging. Truly dissapointed. I appreciate Best Buy customer for allowing the return.

Purchased renewed.Item arrived quickly and packaged great. I used headphones for only 4 days(approximately 10 hours of use) and I've already sent to Apple for service. Unhappily waiting for return after service

The head phones are all scratched and i looked at the inside and they where scratched

Headphones are good, but I was sent the wrong charging adapter for the cord.

Worst experience with Best Buy. I ordered this item and it turns out that the air pod maxes I received were fake. They were a very obvious fake they were made out of plastic I took them into geek squad in store to confirm the authenticity of the item and I was told that the item was indeed fake. I did get back my money, but it does make me question the authenticity of bestbuy refurbished products
