Purchased refurbished AirPods Pro 2nd gen from Best Buy and have not been disappointed, they work as new, use them all the time. Definitely notice the improvements over the first gen AirPods Pro, especially having a speaker in the charging case, helps find them easier when lost. Purchased a case for travel and am good to go.

Excellent purchase honestly, the AirPods are brand new, they did not come in their original packaging, however they included their original type c cable and with brand new eartips.

This was a rare miss for the Geek Squad. I purchase Geek Squad Refurbished items frequently for the excellent price it offers, and the products are usually vetted well. But these AirPods missed the mark. I was not bothered by the fact that it did not come with the original box (I have had AirPods that were, but the listing did not say it would be included). However, they also did not come with any silicon ear tips. None at all. Those were actually listed as being included. So these immediately went back. Star given for the easy return at my local Best Buy. The staff there are excellent.

Bought the reconditioned earbuds Apple pro twos was wondering how good that a recondition would be awesome like brand new only thing didn’t get original box but I got everything else. Is there changeable tips would recommend buying a reconditioned from Best Bug

Overall this is a great product to use from Apple. My only complaint is with the description of the item. I was under the impression that all of the parts and pieces would be in the package. There was one of the plugs that were missing off of the product. I wasn’t gonna return the item just for one missing plug.

Contrary to some online reviews, these refurbished AirPods Pro 2 w/USB-C came in their original packaging with all original accessories. They charged up and paired normally and have been working great. Nice way to get the latest version at a discount.

Received my pair today, no official apple boxing but professionally packaged with plenty bubble wrap and another box placed inside the other. Came with a charger, ear tips, and the airpods with case including the apple informational pamphlets. I receieved it charged up and worked flawlessly out of the box. Love the quality of the airpods itself and the convenience the feautures provide. Thanks best buy!

This is supposed to be fully functional with all the original parts, but arrived missing the medium ear tips. Paired with no problem but Find My would not work because it said one of the parts was still paired to another account. Deeply disappointed in the quality checking on this refurbished product and will definitely be returning.

They work perfect. I had the opportunity to test them out and compare them to my friends brand new pair and they are exactly the same.i definitely would recommend to buyers who want to spend less on a great product

I bought these for my daughter after her 3rd pair of cheaper brand died again. Didnt want to go broke so went with a refurbished pair as BB does great! She loves them. They work amazing.
