Cool and they will charge using the Apple Watch proximity charger. I still use lightning cables for phone but found the watch charger works on AirPods case also.

Bought the reconditioned earbuds Apple pro twos was wondering how good that a recondition would be awesome like brand new only thing didn’t get original box but I got everything else. Is there changeable tips would recommend buying a reconditioned from Best Bug

Contrary to some online reviews, these refurbished AirPods Pro 2 w/USB-C came in their original packaging with all original accessories. They charged up and paired normally and have been working great. Nice way to get the latest version at a discount.

I received the FEDEX package and upon opening it, it was a torn Airpods box with the actual Airpods missing. Here's what I've done to try to get my refund: - Went to BB store, they told me to call 1800-Best-Buy - I called, they told me I had to return the empty Airpods box in store - I went to BB store again, they told me to call 1888-Best-Buy and obatin a return shipping label for the empty Airpods box - I called, they gave me a label, said I should expect a refund soon. BB warehouse received the shipment on Feb. 14th - A week later on Feb. 19th, I called to ask where my refund was. BB rep told me she's updated my case to "processing" for back office - I called again on Feb. 29th, asking where my refund was. BB rep told me the previous rep didn't send the information properly to back office. She assured me she's sent it properly this time and that I need to "be patient" to wait for the refund. She claimed the refund was basically guaranteed since I had the tracking number and she personally documented everything - I get an email on March 1st: "Thank you for choosing Best Buy. We're sorry to know you have not receive the refund for your returned item. Let me check with our return center. Our return center will not be accepting this return and shipped the empty box and wires back to your given address under return tracking number" Not exactly sure why BestBuy thinks it's ok to waste an entire workday's worth of hours to (attempt to) resolve this. Obviously to no avail. A bunch of incompetent employees at it's finest. This is probably a borderline lawsuit in the waiting, given how much false information I've received.

Ordered AirPod Pro 2 and I received the AirPods Pro(first generation). HIGHLY upset and baffled that something like this passed QC. I truly believe that things like this does NOT happen by mistake. How would you feel if you purchased a 2023 Escalade and they delivered you a 2017 Escalade? That's the feeling I had. I was heated. Different specs. Same truck. But it's not what I paid for. Beyond careless! Funny thing is; when I picked up my AirPods from the store I saw my old friend in there and ENCOURAGED him to start buying refurbished products. I feel stupid for telling him that now. (And this was my 1st time purchasing refurbished products from Best Buy) #LessonLearned #NeverAgain
