RISK: MAY NOT COME WITH EAR TIPS This item should be sold as "Open Box", not "Refurbished". I know I am not the only one who received the item without the ear tips included. I ordered in the hopes that other reports I had seen were flukes, until I got mine the same way (only XS size, which are useless to me). The first solution offered was to return and order again. But more likely than not, I would just get the same thing again, so I'm not going to waste my time. I ordered new tips from Apple, but at that point, there was hardly any discount compared to buying new ones at the sale price. I guess it depends on your situation. If new ones are at full price, it's worth the major discount for these OPEN BOX airpods. If new ones are on sale, just order those - these "geek squad refurbished" aren't worth the hassle. The only saving grace is that I was offered a small additional discount from the customer service rep as compensation. It was not enough to offset the ear tips I had to order, but it made the situation better, hence 2 starts instead of 1. Kicking myself for not getting the new ones on sale... by the time my open box airpods arrived, the sale was over.

I got this as refurbished so I wasn’t expecting to much from it. It was clean and came with accessories, cable and ear buds sizing. I have no problem connecting it to my phone. No issues so far.

I purchased the Apple - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with MagSafe Case (USB‑C) - White on May 18, 2024, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered this from India and shipped it to my brother’s place in the US, and when I finally received it, I was appalled by what I found. Firstly, the package was incomplete – it only contained the AirPods case with the headphones and a charging cable, but no box or ear tips. This was highly unprofessional and not what I expected from a "certified refurbished" product. But the worst part? The left earphone is FAKE! It doesn’t get detected by my devices, and upon visiting an Apple store, they confirmed that the left earphone is indeed not genuine. I am now stuck with a single working right earphone and a fake left earphone. The return window has closed, leaving me with no option to resolve this issue. I trusted Best Buy and the Geek Squad certification for quality and authenticity, but this experience has shattered that trust completely. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this purchase. Buyers beware – check your products thoroughly upon receipt, and avoid refurbished items if you expect genuine and complete products.

Airpod condition is good but didn't come with the original box

It was refurbished and the airpod’s quality worked really well and no issues whatsoever! the airpods had 0 scratches and the case aswell. Best way to save money since it has no sign of being used.

Arrived with minor scratches on case. Also, could not insert usb-c into charger port until I removed small chunk of paper that was lodged inside. Other than that, they work like new

Absolutely perfect. These have all the features I want and need. They sync perfectly with my Apple products and the sound cutstomization is top tier.
