The airpods are good but the airpods box they arrived in was not in nice condition. It wasn't sealed and there were dirty marks and finger prints all over the box. Not nice for a personal item or a gift.

Excelent! I never have been so happy with a EarPod. My husband wants one for him too. I put a case and it is the most lovely thing ever.

Feel like I got ripped off. These are supposed to be AirPods Pro 2 with USB C mag safe charging case. Was a gift for my grandson who just opened them. The case is a lightening case, not USB C, so the provided USB C charging cord doesn’t fit the case. There are no instructions, annoying but I guess it’s too much trouble to include those.i thought I was ordering the 2023 USB C model, instead they sent the 2022 Lightening model. And of course it’s past the return period. I’m very disappointed and will not be buying anything refurbished by geek squad ever again.

Horible. First I open the shipping box. The boss of the AirPods didn’t look terrible but when I opened it, really Best Buy? It came with the bare minimum, in a warranty card no nothing on top just the AirPods ear tips and cable plus the medium sized ear tips were missing. It’s insane how this gets past geek squad refurbishing. And the AirPods were in pretty much brand new condition but the right AirPod was working a weird noise like squeaking, but extremely loud in your ear every time you switched from transparency to noise, cancellation or any mode. I will be returning this.

I ordered this once and was not given the charger nor the ear tips, so I returned it and bought it again. My second purchase did not even ship with the headphones themselves and I got a box with only the ear tips inside. Support was unhelpful and the store wouldnt take it as a return even though I brought it exactly as I got it.

box looks like somebody found it in the garbage I ran a serial number through the Apple website only the case was verified both AirPods had different serial numbers and Apple didn’t recognize them $30 more went and got new ones

Terrible customer service. Bought these on line and apparently they were sold to someone else and where returned, check buy Geek Squad and resold, However they are still associated with someone else's Apple Account. Best Buy would not make it right unless I drove over an hour to my nearest store.

Bought these and used them just fine however when I tried to connect it to my find my it says they are mismatched. Meaning they didn't clear the refurbished headphones of its previous owner information and link to them.

The product arrived with damage. A piece of the back was missing from the left bud. The rubber tips that came with it DONT stick. Finally, the sound quality was terrible. It sounds as if it’s been submerged under water. Something about this product just doesn’t seem real.

DO NOT BUY this refurbished ear buds they came with earwax all over them the box was water damaged an they didn’t charge at all.

I got them the day befor my trip. And they was not what they offer. It liiked like a dog had gotten to them. Im returning them tomorrow they was 119$ for stuff i couldnt even use.
