AirPods are the best of the bunch, seamlessly connects to your iPhone right out of the box, and amazing sound quality! Battery life lasts several hours and the charging case usually gets me 5-6 charges so it really goes the extra mile. The extra adjustments you can do for the equalizer are hidden in the settings app, but it's worth doing.

The Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) are very good. The sound quality is clear, the noise cancellation works great, and they’re comfortable to wear for a long time. I actually use them with a Samsung phone instead of an iPhone, and they still work very well. Pairing was simple and the connection is stable. Overall, I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

Got a great price on these Geek Squad renewed AirPods Pro. AirPods Pro received in like new condition. Functionality and cosmetically near new condition. Knocked off one star due to the package missing the Medium sized AirPods tips even though the description stated they were included.

Just like brand new! The sound quality and noise cancellation is amazing . I got a great deal . I am happy with my purchase . At first I was bit skeptical, the price was unbelievable so I took a chance . I've never ever bought a refurbished item ever until now ! I highly recommend this product . I was surprised when these showed up in bubble wrap. It doesn't say that anywhere in the description, so I hope I save someone else a surprise. That being said, they're great. They look and feel new. Comes with USB-C cable and ear tips.

tl;dr - excellent sound for Apple devices Though I'm an unabashed Apple fanboy (started with an Mac IISI back in the 90s and haven't looked back) but I wasn't impressed with AirPods. When they first came out in 2016, the price was way higher than I'd pay and their look seemed to scream "steal me" Fast-forward to 2024 and BB Christmas in July sale. I first picked up AirPods2 for $70. While likeable, I really wanted to try Spatial Audio and other features in the Pro2, so I picked up the refurbs (also at a steep discount) AMAZING - easily the best earpods I've owned and I own many, including PixelBuds and Jabra. The AirPodsPro2 are comfortable, light, and the spatial audio is exceptional. While watching the Olympics on an iPad, I was so incredulous that the announcers' commentary seem to come from the iPad (how/wherever I held it) while the sound of the event surrounded me The only downside I have experienced is that the AirPods will sometimes connect to another Apple device while I'm listening to the one I'm using. This can be changed in settings (from "automatically" to "last connected" If you have an Apple device, I wholeheartedly recommend this

Excellent, didn’t think I would like these since I typically like the wrap around ear muffs over any type of ear buds, but they are amazing! Great sound quality, pauses when I am talking to someone and so many more features I am still learning.

I was nervous to be spending this much money on a refurbished set of earbuds, but the pair I received were basically in unused condition. I had read a few concerning reviews about poor cleanliness and sound, and missing cords/tips, but these arrived clean, with the AirPod sound quality I was hoping for, and all cords and tips were included.

Amazing. Compared to previous Apple AirPods Pro they are much better. Incredible battery life, almost no connection issues and excellent sounds quality. Overall, if you use Apple products these are highly worth getting.

I have been using these for a month now and I absolutely love my purchase! I have not experienced any issues so far and I love the immersive sound quality. The packaging was great too and came with various sizes of ear tips. The airpods have never died on me, and I use them for multiple hours at once. It also sounds very clear on phone calls. Conversation Awareness and Transparency mode are very convenient.

One of the best headphones I've bought so far, I love how there are different sizes for the buds so it can fit any ear, the noise cancellation is amazing you actually can't hear anything! The design is amazing as well for those who just want a sleek look but hate the regular AirPod look.

Purchased for my 12 year old. She loves them, the noise canceling works. As when she has them on she can hardly hear us calling her name. Came like new, I almost always buy BB refurbished products, the savings is worth it.

Usually I never had an issue with a Best Buy refurbished item. However when I received these air pods they were missing the medium tips that come on the air pod pros. Everything else seemed to be in decent condition. I didn’t feel like going through the exchange process so I just bought some medium ear tip from apple for $7.99. I don’t know how such an obvious missed passed Best Buy’s inspection standards. Now I’m wondering if I should have just purchased my air pods brand new.
