Good ear pods, battery life is good, sound is good

I've been using Apple earphones for a while now, and I must say they have exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of these earphones is simply top-notch. The design is sleek and minimalist, yet they feel sturdy and well-built. The sound quality is excellent, offering a balanced and clear audio experience. Whether I'm listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls, the audio is crisp and immersive. I was nervous to be spending this much money on a refurbished set of earbuds, but the pair I received were basically in unused condition. I had read a few concerning reviews about poor cleanliness and sound, and missing cords/tips, but these arrived clean, with the AirPod sound quality I was hoping for, and all cords and tips were included.

I love these ear buds! I’ve had them for about 2 years now and they’re still working greater than ever! The sound quality is great and the noise canceling feature really makes it an immersive experience every time! I like that you can control the sensitivity of cancellation as well as the pause to talk features. The controls on the headphones are easy enough to work too and they don’t fall out of my ears, even when I’m wearing them during physical labor. Highly recommend!

Great AirPod for great price. If you can’t buy from Best Buy then you are not buying an original product at a lower price. The AirPod Pro2 remains the best AirPod on the market. I love it

One of the best headphones I've bought so far, I love how there are different sizes for the buds so it can fit any ear, the noise cancellation is amazing you actually can't hear anything! The design is amazing as well for those who just want a sleek look but hate the regular AirPod look.

I have been using these for a month now and I absolutely love my purchase! I have not experienced any issues so far and I love the immersive sound quality. The packaging was great too and came with various sizes of ear tips. The airpods have never died on me, and I use them for multiple hours at once. It also sounds very clear on phone calls. Conversation Awareness and Transparency mode are very convenient.

Got these for my daughter, she loves them. They sound great, fit comfortably and the noise canceling option is wonderful. The best part is I got them at a great price professionally refurbished by the best buy Geek Squad.

Purchased for my 12 year old. She loves them, the noise canceling works. As when she has them on she can hardly hear us calling her name. Came like new, I almost always buy BB refurbished products, the savings is worth it.

Usually I never had an issue with a Best Buy refurbished item. However when I received these air pods they were missing the medium tips that come on the air pod pros. Everything else seemed to be in decent condition. I didn’t feel like going through the exchange process so I just bought some medium ear tip from apple for $7.99. I don’t know how such an obvious missed passed Best Buy’s inspection standards. Now I’m wondering if I should have just purchased my air pods brand new.

The AirPod pros 2nd generation are an exquisite product. Not only did I purchase it during a limited sale that Best Buy was having but I got it within a few days too. They came in great practically new condition and was very easy to wrap for my son which I haven’t seen in 6 years. He had been sent to juvenile detention for 6 years after his mother and I overheard a phone call between him and his friends talking about doing some sort of “attack” , we looked into it and it just went downhill from there, we thought this would be the perfect gift for welcoming him back home since it will prevent anything else like that from happening again. When he opened it he looked at me and said “oh wow thanks dad “ with a blissful smile on his face and tears of joy rolling down his cheeks. He then left the house and said “I’ll be back! Just gonna make a trip to the store I have a gift for you guys too!” I wonder what that means but I guess we’ll see! Thanks Best Buy!

I have very pleased with the Air Pods. Apple Air Pods are much better than the likes of Beats, Bose and others type of headphones. It is easy to answer calls and listening to music is great. The quality cannot be matched.

Great condition. Would never have known they were refurb. Cheaper than similar refurbished on Amazon. Son loves the noise cancelling features. Fit well. Easy to find a case to protect it further. Highly recommend.

These are my 3rd pair of AirPods Pro. I knew i had to upgrade once USB-C came out and now all my devices are USB-C. With that being said, the noise cancelling on these are very good. When you listen to Dolby Atmos music tracks it sounds amazing especially with the spacial audio.

Got these on sale a while back. They were an excellent deal for certified refurbished! I love the adaptative audio technology and noise cancellation features. Syncs easily with any Bluetooth device, both Apple and not. The sound is fantastic. I will definitely be purchasing AirPods in the future.

The sound and functions of these ear buds is impressive. How ever I have found that for me they arent as comfortable as others I have had from brands I usually prefer to Apple Products. They also don’t stay in my ears very well. Impressive product, but ergonomics, comfort, and bass quality should be addressed.

I saved money with purchasing the refurbished one, it loos new and don’t have any problem. Thanks Bestbuy. The only is missing the medium tips, so I’ve to order it from Apple for extra money.

The item works as described. Simple to set up and use with my phone. Excellent sound quality on calls.
