AMAZING LOVE THEM SOOO MUCH ALREADDYYY

I’ve been wanting a pair for so long and I opted to get an ‘open box’ one to save some money. I was worried because reviews said people got their and it was dirty and visibly used. Mine came in pristine. My charging cord was still perfectly wrapped underneath, and appears to not have been touched at all. I bought them so I can be nosy and leave it in rooms that I’m not into spy. I confirmed that no one likes me and only tolerates me. But sound quality good too.

Price is reasonable, great condition, look brand new and work great. The oldest pair I purchased we’ve had for almost two years. Definitely recommend

All features are functioning and work properly. Really glad I went with these rather than a brand new pair.

Not a big deal considering I have plenty but very disappointing. Open the box when you pick it up to make sure it’s in there! Great value.

The sound quality is over the top, I have owned these for 2 weeks now and can’t see myself going back to beats. The comfort is just perfect when working it and running. The key feature I enjoy is when yuh remove an AirPod from your ear, the music stops.

Sound quality and ease of use is good. It was a bit tricky setting them up as I didn't read instruction on how to connect to Bluetooth. The pods have to be in the charging case to connect. Only giving it 4 stars because they kinda hurt my ears after about 30 mins of wearing them.

I was skeptical about whether I would like them as I wasn’t sure how they would stay in my ear but leave it to Apple to figure out how to make solid plastic work. Sound was great. Easy pairing. Unfortunately I say “loved” because one fell out of my pocket and was run over by a car :( Led me to buy the pro version which are amazing. Worth the money, new or refurbished.

I did purchase them in July and now one of the ears doesn't register. Sound still comes out but the is no recognition of the double tap nor of it connecting with the phone or computer.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially received a pair that did not work perfectly (left airpod took a minute to start playing sound), but I took the risk in buying refurbished as I'd heard BestBuy has excellent customer service, and sure enough, after a quick return at the store, a perfectly working pair arrived a few days later. BestBuy's refurbished service is a great way to not only get a better price for a product, but reduce the environmental impact as well. Highly recommend.

Great sound and functionality!

Since the switch she has no plans on going back. They sound great and have a good fit even though the standard air buds don’t always sit well. She loves the simple connection to all of Apple products and the ability to play sound to locate them. Now I have to get a pair.
