I know this is an older model but it can't even stay connected to the internet. I got this specifically to watch movies and play games and it doesn't really work well for that. Lesson learned!

Bought for my 10 yo and his main complaint is the battery dies quickly... but he plays Roblox and Minecraft so what do you expect lol.

The box was completely busted open when you sent it to me. I paid for 128 GB however you sent me 64 GB I guess you thought I was stupid on top of that as soon as you plugged it in to charge it it would heat up like it was going to catch on fire. Worst thing I ever ordered I’ll never order anything else. My issue is I paid for the iPad in full before I received it because I like my bills to be paid early however you have my $140.71 that you won’t return and you have the defective iPad so how is that as far as Being a good store and giving the customer back their money when they paid for the iPad that was defective in full. I want my money. I tried to call to get my refund, but you’re trying to give me a store credit. I don’t want store credit. I want my money back and I don’t know what part of that. Nobody understands. I paid for the Best Buy bill in full with my checking account Debit card. I am not a very happy customer and I don’t like how I was treated by Citibank or Best Buy just give me my refund.

This item did not arrive with the advertised memory so I had it returned because Best Buy did not take any responsibility for the error and I was concerned if the company that refurbished it did not handle that correctly, there may have been other problems!
