The I pad wouldn’t charge and we never got to use it sadly. I went to eBay and got one cheaper and it actually works.

Then went to the store and the rep did not try to help me and was just rude so I requested a refund and left the store. Totally disappointed

Reburbished Ipad and a headache

But the online order also charged my credit card and it’s been a headache to sort this double payment with BestBuy having the credit card company issuing disputes for the charge.Not a smooth sale. The item was good tho, good condition.

Wall charger missing
