    when i got it, i couldnt put my correct year in, it says im not old enough, but i put my year as 2023 and it went through.

    I thought the refurbished I pad from Best Buy would be perfect for my daughter to work on school stuff and for movies when we travel. The I pad wouldn’t charge and we never got to use it sadly. I went to eBay and got one cheaper and it actually works.

    I received device for me grandson and it didn’t work at all. Then went to the store and the rep did not try to help me and was just rude so I requested a refund and left the store. Totally disappointed

    Ordered online to pick up at my local store. Went to the store and got the item and paid for it. But the online order also charged my credit card and it’s been a headache to sort this double payment with BestBuy having the credit card company issuing disputes for the charge.Not a smooth sale. The item was good tho, good condition.

    The iPad seems in good condition but the charging cable which was included did not come with the wall charger so I have not been able to charge it.

    It's a great ipad for the price! Haven’t encountered any problems so far. Good battery life and can handle the programs i need it to (garageband, freeform, Disney+, etc). Definitely worth it.
