    Item was not charging at first. Cleaned the port and it took almost 18 hours to get to 70%. Had to return it. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed.

    iPad lasted one year and the charging port went bad. Called geek squad and told they could fix it for 20% off but other then that very little help. This is the first issue I’ve had of this kind with any Apple product. I won’t be buying any more refurbished products

    I fully charge the iPad and as soon as I take it off the charger the battery life begins to deplete

    iPad takes forever to charge. It’s plugged up on a fast charger all night and it’s only on 70%

    I ordered two, only one came with a charger. The other didn’t… and the lock button doesn’t work on one.
