    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Best Buy North Haven, CT store. I purchased a Geek Squad Certified iPad 4 from them just four months ago, and the battery has not been holding a charge properly. When I brought it in for service, I was told the device was out of warranty since 2021, which makes no sense given that I bought it directly from Best Buy only months ago. Even worse, the tech support staff were completely unwilling to help or go the extra mile. They simply dismissed me, saying there was nothing they could do. As someone who has purchased nearly all of my appliances and technology from Best Buy over the years, I expected far better treatment and support. Instead, I was left with a defective product and no resolution. This experience has shaken my confidence in Best Buy. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I will seriously reconsider where I purchase my technology and home products in the future.

    I love this ipad so much. I bought it to use Procreate and it is so great. I have so much time using it and its very easy. Buying a refurbished one was definitely the way to go as it cuts costs and saves on environmental waste!

    There was a scratch near the camera and there was indent on the top side of the iPad but other than that it works really well. I am glad I got it when it was on sale

    Device arrived disgusting, food smudges and a large area of badly-removed sticker that had trapped a whole lot of nasty. Spend the extra 50 bucks and get it from amazon
