Best Buy’s 14 days return policy is ***

Put it back in the box for a birthday gift. Then found out it didn’t work. It was 15 days past the date so they wanted me to sign up for a $50/year membership to return the expensive paper weight. Even though their geek squad couldn’t fix it.

The iPad I never got

Every day I call and get told, “wait 48 more hours” for a refund. The package was delivered but the iPad had been stolen out of it. It is Best Buy’s responsibility to either send a replacement or to give me my money back. Dont order online from Best Buy.
