Works great perfect size fits in most bags (I.e coach Madeline bag , coach men’s map bag) it’s great for everyday use to watch movies for google sheets it’s amazing great price aswell do recommend the 10th gen otherwise this is great better size better everything just an older chip

The screen and the back are somewhat detached. The battery does not last long at all. Not sure if it was broken during shipment or if that is just how it came but I am not super satisfied with my purchase.

The Best Buy refurbished program is a great help to people on a budget. Quality items that are less expensive than new. This review is more about the customer service we received than the item itself. Our iPad had a deep scratch/crack in the glass when we received it. Even though we ordered it online we returned if to the store. There were no questions asked with our return. The money was returned to the credit card so we could go back on line and order a replacement as refurbished items are not sold in stores. No complaints, we will order again from the refurbished program with no worries because Best Buys customer service is excellent.
