    Bought in February of this year and last Saturday would not come on. Never will I ever buy a refurbished item at Best Buy again. Wasted money and the customer service was horrible.

    The battery life on this was TERRIBLE! I thought maybe it was because I bought a geek squad refurbished one but after doing some research I found out that all the minis do not have good battery life. A shame because I love the size. I ended up returning and purchasing an 11th generation iPad.

    Delivery was quick. But the box had “Ipad Mini 6” printed on two tags. Not very smart to send it like that, surprised it didn’t get stolen. Packaging was okay, nothing fancy. The ipad itself had scratches on the back around the logo.. looks like someone had a magsafe on it and ripped it off, which is disappointing because I wanted a clear case to display the beautiful purple color. Screen and edges seem ok otherwise. Didn’t come with official charger. Haven’t tested it out yet. Debating whether I should try to exchange it. Seems like it’s a gamble ok what you get.

    Totally disappointed, the battery only lasts 3 hours. I know it was used, but how can they sell something like this without inspection and without warranty for more than $400 dollars total price, I definitely do not recommend it.

    had the idea that Refurbished,It meant that it was in good condition, but the battery would only last between 3 and 4 hours. completely disappointed I do not recommend it
