Got this refurbished and the only thing I noticed was a deep scratch at the back of the device. All electronics are in perfect condition and the price was adjusted accordingly. I kept the device since my plan was to use a case anyway.

i knew i wasnt getting a perfect ipad, but this was so close to perfect! all thats wrong with it is some faint scratches done with likely a pencil, but getting 350 off for that and 256gb is a steal like no other. but be warned-you can't buy this and expect a brand new perfect ipad. if u want a new one, get a new one. im very happy with my purchase, it shipped quick and safely, ty!! they even added their own charger and apple brick, which i thought was nice.

When I picked up my device, your folks helped me transfer and set up my new device and helped me be confident that there was nothing left on the devices that I recycled at your store. Being an older person, I am often 'talked down to' by young sales reps when looking at devices and services. No one I talked with at Best Buy did that and I found that most welcome. I'm still learning my new device, but I love it. Thank you.

I had bought an ipad 10th gen before and didnt use it or like it because it was too big so the ipad mini came in handy so well as a replacement
