The Geek Squad did a great job refurbishing whatever needed to be refurbished. The ipad looks great and works just as it should.

The ipad is in a great condition, works great, it is a perfect size for me as I have to have a computer in my purse all the time. The trade-in process was easy. I had several days to test my new ipad before I mailed my old ipad out at no charge. I am happy with my purchase.
