very capable tablet, however due to apple's tactics, it is now completely and utterly overshadowed by the new model. The lower ram, storage, and inability to use AI, would make you think that this tablet should be much much cheaper than the newly released replacement, but it isn't so. I would definitely buy the new model unless the mini 6 is on an insane deal.

Excellent ipad. Purchased refurbished... running strong. This is the ipad I use as a workhorse - reading - meetings - notes - journaling... paired with the apple pencil it has replaced all my books... even my TBR...

Refurbished mini shows plenty of abuse in the form of dirty marks and scratches on the bank. But the scratches don't bother me. The reason I'm going to return it and exchange for a new one is that periodically the screen freezes when I try to change my child's Screen Time. I'm forced to reboot 3 or 4 times for the Screen Time to work. At first I thought this would go away after the first few incidents. But now a month after the purchase it continues to recur. Lessons learned - no more refurbished iPads!

Awesome tablet! It is just the right size for me! I bought it refurbished, so it doesn’t hold its charge for as long as it could. However, it’s enough to get me through my day!

Does what it said it would do. The inventory sticker on the back was a pain to remove (needed gentle, repeated soaking and scraping).

iPad was in good condition and works very well only complain was it had a huge deep scratch on the back of the iPad but it has a case so I’ll still give it 4 stars

Love this iPad mini! Fits in most of my purses and is super convenient to take. I use this for homework when I don’t have my laptop and honestly it’s great.

…unless you have the items shipped to a store and you open them in front of an employee. I ordered two of these iPads. One came with an Insignia USB-C cable and an Apple USB-C power adapter. The other came with an Insignia USB-C to Lightning cable and no power adapter. I contacted customer support. They told me to go to a store. I went to a store (expecting to have the problem resolved) and they tried to sell me the correct accessories. A manager got involved said this was “a warehouse issue” that Geek Squad “just throws-in whatever is available” that they “dont give out free cables” and that I could return the product(s). The refurbished product’s page states what is included. Best Buy does not want to ship/give me those items. They wanted over $30.00 for them. I’m buying the accessories from Anker on Amazon (and never shopping Best Buy again.)

The iPad is good for my schooling in aviation! I feel as if I didn’t get a good deal considering my iPad has a dent in the back and it’s kinda worrisome considering I use this iPad for flying. It could be an issue in the future but right now it’s doing just fine. The shipping was the next day which I liked a lot because originally it was going to be shipped a week prior to when I ordered.

I was really spectacle on how I was going to receive this item. Many mixed reviews. I think I got lucky but the iPad I received looked brand new! No scratches at all! I’m soo glad I made this purchase.

Works nice and fast but gets hot very quick all together a good purchase

Good product highly enjoy would recommend excellent form, factor, compact, durable, and yet increases my productivity. Can bring it on the goal or set it up at home.
