The ipad is in a great condition, works great, it is a perfect size for me as I have to have a computer in my purse all the time. The trade-in process was easy. I had several days to test my new ipad before I mailed my old ipad out at no charge. I am happy with my purchase.

We had to downsize because she originally had the 10th generation the big one and it was too big for her with this one she can manage better.

Save a few bucks and get a geek squad certified refurbished item. Its performance has been great and apples parental settings are very easy and effective. I can make sure my child can not just download anything she wants. Face id is required by me for any downloads or purchases made by my child.
