This was an amazing deal for an ipad. Cosmetically it looks brand new for a refurbished iitem. I couldnt have been happier with this purchase.

Really can't ask for anything better than that. Value for money! The product came professionally packed, includes a charger block plus the new cable Insigna as well. I was surprised! What a great purchase! Upon turning it on, it was factory reset, took a few minutes to finish everything and boom! You got yourself a new Ipad actually. Thank you Geek Squad!

Much that I have expected, this iPad works very well, like new. No scratches, packed well with accessories. I bought 2 ipad actually.

While this is a refurbished iPad, it is in great shape and the battery life is great as well.

Bought this because it was cheap just to use to watch streaming. I have bought refurbished items from Best Buy in the past with very good results. Even though this iPad was sold as "certified refurbished" the battery was completely shot and had not been replaced. Apple remote diagnostic support confirmed to me that the battery was past its use life and would need to be replaced. When I contacted Best Buy customer service about this, they directed me to go into the store and meet with a Geek Squad technician. When I did that, the Geek Squad tech (who was very nice) said unfortunately they would have to return to Apple for a replacement which I would have to pay the difference. Apple doesn't replace batteries. Basically like getting a new iPad. Or I could take to a third party repair shop. So, it had not been fully refurbished and should not have been "certified" as such. Seems like this is par for the course on these types of items at least. I love Best Buy, but this one failed me.
