Buy new/not refurbished

The touch doesnt work in all spots. You can see fingerprints under the screen. The home button doesnt work correctly. We cant add our fingerprints to it. And its very slow. Went back to bestbuy within a week with all the problems and they were not willing to help.

Great - if you have reasonable expectations

It’s a great price and I got it on sale but even so, the battery was surprisingly bad. It needs to be charged everyday as the battery only lasts a few hours. Again, as the title suggest, know what you’re getting into and you’ll be happy.
