Ordered an iPhone 11 refurbished to replace my iPhone XS. Couldn’t get the phone info transfer completed.
Not able to activate phone.
Best Buy, Verizon,and Apple not able to get phone to activate.
Finally Verizon offered a new plan and iPhone 15 and I accepted.
Now I must return the iPhone 11
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
