This is receiving a one star because I cannot give 0 stars. I ordered two of these phones. The first had to be returned because it was still under warrantee from the previous owner and Best Buy could not change or fix that. The second one I returned because the screen stopped working. Bonus- the second one took about 3 hours in store to return because the phone serial number didn't match the one in the system.
