Received the phone and activated it at Verizon Store. Seemed to work fine until trying to receive a phone call. Could not hear anything thru the phone ear speaker. Would work on Speaker Phone, but nothing thru the earpiece. Took back to a local Best Buy and had to return and purchase a newer phone. Would not recommend anything refurbished from Best Buy. Sorry there isn't a Zero Star Rating for this item.

Works well so far. No complaints whatsoever. Could have been cheaper though

Bought for a friend that needed a new phone but he didn’t want to buy new. He says the phone works great and probably will buy a refurbished phone the next time he is in need.

As all apple products this one is not the exception. Is an amazing iPhone.

Overall good. The phone case was marred a bit, but not too badly. Help within the store was slow, but once we found someone willing to help, things went well.

Received in less time than projected and the phone looks brand new. No scratches or blemishes, No problems so far but I've only had the item less than a week. Can recommend Best Buy reconditioned phones based on my experience.

I purchased this phone as it states it is a Verizon phone. When trying to activate through Verizon I was unable to. In order ti fix this issue I have to wait fir an appontment at the store in hopes that they can fix an issue that is their fault to begin with. Horrible experience overall!!! Just buy unlocked phones cause they try to scam you by saying its a specefic carrier phone and if you try to return it you have to pay money to do so.

I can’t tell you how the item was. I made 3 trips to Best Buy and every time they sold me a locked phone but each time they swore it was unlocked and each trip was 3 hours round trip What I can tell you is I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again!

It was supposed to be certified through week squad as a Verizon phone was not Verizon couldn't do anything with it nor could best buy, had to run around to fine another one that was unlocked. It was a nightmare if I had known I would have brought through Amazon cheaper

Worst purchase I have ever did got the phone and it was fully locked up don’t even know how Best Buy can even sell a phone that is locked up but another reason why I don’t shop with them

The wrong phone was sent to me (not unlocked for verizon) and customer service will not help me get the correct device.
