Touch screen kept freezing, apps kept shutting down, texts would not go out and the same text would be received over and over again every few hours. Complete garbage. Returned to store after 2 days.

However, the battery has 71% health. Whenever the device is charging (20w power supply) the phone will still keep draining the battery if you use it while charging. If you're going to refurbish a phone to resell, then at least swap out the old damaged battery.

It was remarkably clean and no scratches. No cracks no dents or anything works perfectly fine and has a great battery. I highly recommend buying your iPhone refurbished and unlocked through Best Buy.
