They sent me the wrong phone! I opened up my package as soon as the mailman handed it to me and it was some dinky iphone10???? What kind of scam is best buy doing?

The wrong phone was sent to me. I was hung up on by Best Buy Customer Service, I was told that the Best Buy store was not able to help me, and after 3 days of waiting for a confirmation and shipping label, I had to call back and finally was able to send it back. Now I have to wait 10 plus days to get my refund. Thanks Best Buy for ruining my daughters Birthday present!!!!
