The phone came is a good condition, very few minor scratches here an there, but barely visible .Battery life is however at 84% but thats always a guarantee when buying refurbished. Unless you’re on your phone alot, that pretty good for the price. Over all 5 out of 5 for phone. (Ps they gave me free stuff with the phone, fast charger brick, with an anker 2m usb-c to lighting cable (knitted) perfect!)

Like that’s it’s loud, but I dislike the fact can’t no one hear me when im talk on speaker phone

I received the wrong color phone and the screen had multiple cracks. Wasn’t able to exchange for the phone I was supposed to get because it was out of stock at that time. Had to just initiate a return right away and send it back.

Very good product, price okay. But if you need service I had to drive about 10 miles from the purchase point to get it checked out.

Ordered the iPhone 13 and they sent me a iPhone 12.

Purchased Geek Squad Certified Refurbished iPhone 13 5G 128GB (Unlocked) and when received, we received an iPhone that was LOCKED. Went to Geek Squad appointment, and they just said too bad, sorry. No assistance on getting us a replacement since it was not what was advertised. All we could do is return at a UPS location and repurchase..... Just beyond wow. Thank you so much for your help and concern. This phone was for my MIL and now she is still without a phone for weeks.

Bought this for my daughter. Definitely was iffy on the fact it was refurbished but it looks and works great I’m very happy with the purchase.

I'm traveling to a poor country and was happy to donate a phone to a single mother who dreamed of taking pictures of her baby & sharing them in Facebook. I have trusted Best Buy for years & although I knew refurbished would not come in an original box, the product would be received in excellent working condition. I was surprised when I opened the box to see an extremely scratched phone.
