Online order: I ordered refurbished midnight iPhone 14 plus 128 GB unlocked. Received pearl iPhone 14 plus 128 GB LOCKED. After haggling with Geek Squad trying to convince me to keep it & DRIVE 50 MILES to get it unlocked, I decided to send it back. Geek Squad received it a few days ago (UPS) - but I'm still waiting on the credit back to the account. Be VERY WARY.

Ordered this phone, and tried to get it activated with my phone service, but when my phone service tried to activate the phone, they said the phone had been reported "stolen." How in the world could a Geek Squad Certified Refubished 4iphone 14 plus be reported "stolen?" It happened. BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS PHONE.

Buyer beware!! I purchased a 14 plus refurbished and they sent me an 14, Could not get customer support phone support, was told I needed to go to Local BB Store.. store could not help because these are sold through a third party.. so I paid for a i14 plus and got a i14.. not happy!!
