    I love this phone. It came in perfect condition. I found nothing wrong with it. The battery wasn’t bad at all and it came with a charger so very happy with it.

    Received a carrier locked phone even though I purchased unlocked. Could not get it unlocked. Phone was sent without any bubble wrap or anything. Couldn’t return at the store. Return process has taken way too long.

    Excellent purchase! I was on the fence about purchasing refurbished items, but with Best Buy backing it up, I felt comfortable enough, and my wife absolutely loves it. It has some damage to the sides, but we knew that before purchasing, and Best Buy and the Rep who helped us in Lewisville off 121 was very transparent and honest, at the end of the day the phone works perfectly, and the aesthetic damage is covered by the case any how.

    It has decent battery (%81) capacity, and they included a charging cable. It has more scratches that I expected but they painted some of it so they aren’t too obvious. I hoped they covered more of them. Overal I’m happy with the purchase after 1 month.

    Unfortunately, this phone came to me poorly, indicating that I was released, but the phone has a problem, it has been blocked since I bought it. I have tried to find a solution by approaching the store and by phone with the costumer service, but nobody helps by giving me a solution. I already have a year with the phone without being able to use it. I hope this can help me find a solution to my problem with you.
