Dishonest! Paid for 128 GB, got 64 GB, no refund

I ordered this item, with 128 GB of storage, but the phone shipped to me was the 64 GB version. When I ordered it, the 128 GB one cost $109.99 and an otherwise identical 64 GB in the same color cost $99.99. The support person I contacted evaded and equivocated and talked over me repeatedly.
My only options are to return the phone for a refund, in which case I have no phone and can't order another because it is out of stock, or to drive to a Best Buy store to see whether or not they will arrange to have the $10 difference refunded.
Since I don't feel like wasting an hour or more of my time driving and arguing (I already wasted half an hour on the phone to support), the result is that Best Buy has succeeded at charging me for a 128 GB iPhone but deliving a 64 GB one instead.
This will be the last time I get suckered by a "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" item. There is nothing wrong with the phone, except it has half the capacity of the one I paid for and Best Buy refuses to make good on their end of the deal.

Only received two of the five items listed. Had to call c/s to get other items. Will update if possible after using the phone.

Bought for my little sister so she could talk to me more she loves it it’s older but she’s younger so it makes it nice she can call anytime and FaceTime
