came in just as expected only issue i see is they try to up sell you to get a case which i did and they recommended one for the computer and it wasn’t ether right size. Computer is great

Laptop came with incorrect charger. In store said to call to get correct charger. Customer service said I had to return the whole item then repurchase the item to get the correct charger.

overheats after an hour of use, very disappointed. The return period was only two weeks in which it worked fine. After 3 weeks it started overheating. very mad.

This is working out for my 17 year old son. He loves it. It is a little old but he is grateful to have it and it not be as slow as the Chromebook.

They kept me waiting for 3 weeks and sent a Dell computer instead of the Mac Air I ordered. Arranged with agent to return it for refund as the wrong item, but bestbuy then refused to take return *because* it was the wrong item! They could have checked the different shipping weights to confirm the original mistake. BestBuy stole my money.

Not a good purchase and the laptop had continuous crashes.

This is a terrible product. “Certified Refurbished” is a joke. Five weeks after purchase the MacBook started randomly crashing and became unusable. Best Buy only offers a two week return, and will charge for any repairs or maintenance on the device. They don’t stand behind the “refurbishing” at all. But at your own risk.
