Loving my laptop!

I read the reviews and ultimately decided to go with a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Mac and I'm so glad I did. There were no problems when it arrived. I've had it for about a month and still no problems!

Bad advice

Never used it because it wasn't compatible with what I needed it for. 3 stars because I went in the store to talk to someone for help, and she assured me it would be compatible. Should've known otherwise since she didn't spend more than a couple minutes glancing at it.

Not what’s advertised

I got it and wanted to be able to type and keep spreadsheets along with other things on the computer. Because the OS is older on this machine I can’t download pages or numbers. Beyond frustrating.
