    Was disappointed it came with a big dent in it. I was unaware since I had sent it to my daughter who just told me a few weeks ago or I would of sent it back.

    Product description was a lie! Item actually older than described. Best Buy won't let you talk to anyone in the USA about issues, sent directly to the Philippines. Phone number for WHQ also sent to the Philippines, What a scam! NO MORE BEST BUY YOU SHOULD BE CALLED WORST BUY!

    The refurbished MacBook Air was still being monitored by the former business - a school district. Best Buy was not able to delete the administrative rights. Had to return. Very disappointed.

    It was not good at all. The wrong charger was sent for it so I couldn’t even plug it in. It was bent near the USB port. I returned it. The return process was easy.

    The wrong power cord was sent! I was not allowed to return (within 30 days) so I have to purchase a Beat Buy Plus membership.

    My laptop is really great! I read the reviews and ultimately decided to go with a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Mac and I'm so glad I did. There were no problems when it arrived. I've had it for about a month and still no problems!

    Seemed pretty good. Never used it because it wasn't compatible with what I needed it for. 3 stars because I went in the store to talk to someone for help, and she assured me it would be compatible. Should've known otherwise since she didn't spend more than a couple minutes glancing at it.
