    Got 4 granddaughters b day paid shipping came 12 days late no return on my postage or viruses protection.

    This laptop is not the version they advertised! I got it and wanted to be able to type and keep spreadsheets along with other things on the computer. Because the OS is older on this machine I can’t download pages or numbers. Beyond frustrating.
