In store said to call to get correct charger. Customer service said I had to return the whole item then repurchase the item to get the correct charger.

Bestbuy stole my money

Arranged with agent to return it for refund as the wrong item, but bestbuy then refused to take return *because* it was the wrong item! They could have checked the different shipping weights to confirm the original mistake. BestBuy stole my money.

Terrible product - unusable after five weeks

Five weeks after purchase the MacBook started randomly crashing and became unusable. Best Buy only offers a two week return, and will charge for any repairs or maintenance on the device. They don’t stand behind the “refurbishing” at all. But at your own risk.
