It’s what I wanted for a younger user how’re it sounds really loud when playing games.

I gave this as a gift and it repalced fhe 2013 version very effectively! Worked great!!

What a great MacBook! I purchased this as a gift. It does everything my daughters does for only a third of the price.

Understand that the MacBook was used. It had a large slightly deep scratch on the top lid, and a small dent on the rear corner of the main body of the it along with other scratches through out. After it finish updating post entering the information required the MacBook did not work properly. I called Apple support and they assisted me with running an internal diagnostics and concluded the hard drive was corrupted. I was not able to check on anything else as it did not work. When people say to good to be true is an accurate statement in this case.

Did not come with correct charger. Would not send correct one to our home.

Thought this device would be good. Started that it was a 2019 turns out it was a 2017 so I couldn’t even download the Keynote application for Mac. Someone also put a screen protector on the device and I was never able to get it off. It had a piece of human hair under it. The device would have been acceptable had it at least been a model I could download applications on.

Got the laptop today and the sent a USB-C to USB-C charger for a MacBook Pro. The system is dead and even the current MacBook Air charger I have won’t work for this system. Might be a good system but is a $$$ paper weight at this point. Several others with the same issue. Not work the risk to save money. It will be going back for refund.

Bought as a gift for my daughter and she loved it!

Not quite what i thought definitely not as described "refurbished". Dusty, scratched all over the unit and did not include a power cord. Called and was told it was an "accessory" and they could sell me one for $79. No thanks, my last purchase from Best Buy after many many years. Customer service did nothing and was rude as well

A very good refurbished Apple MacBook. Wish it came with a manual. I also didn’t know that some apps aren’t available on it like the iPhone and iPad.

It is a 2017 model, so I expected it to work slowly. It does the opposite actually; it’s super fast and very reliable. 100% would recommend.

Received this refurbished computer and was immediately happy with the physical condition. It was clean, no big surface wear and tear. It started up and I could walk through the steps to get it set up easily. The OS updated and the software I have installed all works fine. No complaints.
