Better than my old laptop and a good price, but most of the keys for punctuation and symbols are not in the correct places. I've had to search to find what keys will produce the ones I need.

Received this refurbished computer and was immediately happy with the physical condition. It was clean, no big surface wear and tear. It started up and I could walk through the steps to get it set up easily. The OS updated and the software I have installed all works fine. No complaints.

I bought this to help me with my business, as well as with my classes. I own two hp laptops, but decided that a maxbook would better suit my business needs.

The computer arrived in very poor condition. Tons of scratches all over it. The keyboard was totally broken. I immediately had to bring the computer into geek squad to be looked at. Who evaluated it and let me know it could not be repaired my only alternative would be to return it. So that’s what I did not even 24 hours after the purchase. I hear horror stories of purchasing refurbished computers. I didn’t fret because this was Best Buy. Previous purchases were very good this has never occurred. Word of advice do not purchase a refurbished computer. You never know what you’ll get and you don’t want to end up with a purchase you regret like I did!

The display item was dented and dirty. I know it was a display but it looks more like used and damaged. It was a gift and I opened it after the return window closed.

Great laptop upgraded from 2015 to 2019 model. Works like a champ.

the laptop worked fine but the gave the wrong charger and you can’t exchange for the right one in store so you have to buy another one on top of buying the laptop

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with Best Buy…the only reason I purchased it was because the website said it was a refurbished 2023 model and what I was sent was a 2017, returned it because I felt like I had been bamboozled.
