Wrong Power Adaptor with my laptop

I call called Best Buy support and the asked me to go Vacaville, CA store to exchange it. I don't have time to drive to Vacaville, so I not able to use my laptop. I will NOT buy another certified item from Best Buy again

Cannot Charge

We found a compatible charger have attempted to charge the computer but it will not charge. Will be taking it into the Geek Squad, I hope they're able to remedy the issue.
