The MacBook Air works well. It functions well and the quality is good.

I bought this laptop for my son to use at College. He’s had no problems navigating the operating system, syncing it to his phone, or streaming movies. I think it’s a great investment for any college student who needs a device.

Don’t do it. They gave me a defective charger that does not belong with the MacBook, and when the piece broke off inside, they told me that that negates my warranty. It will be a waste of your money.

Works exactly as advertised. No problems so far. Doesn't really have any battery life to speak of but the ad copy was vague on that and I wasn't counting on it.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving it I was a little suspicious because of the overall condition of the computer; however, I decided to set my concern aside because of the Best Buy quality assurance and the fact i bought an open box tv over 15 years ago with no issues. In any case, the computer did not come with the correct charger and when we finally received one the computer would not hold a charge. The local staff in Mays Landing, NJ was very pleasant/helpful but we ended up returning the computer for a fefund. If you are considering a computer, BUY NEW!!

No one told us that it was a second-hand computer that had been used for more than 3 years, on the other hand it has been presenting faults which have forced us to take it to technical services.

Disappointing experience with Best Buy. Received the wrong laptop and charger, and returning it was a hassle. Initially denied, but eventually apologized for their mistake. Wasted time and energy. Not impressed.

The laptop was delivered but I never got it running on 3 months of back and forth with Best Buy FedEx and local police department but no resolution I’m out 600 dollars and no laptop to show for it..

Came broke and didn’t stay charged. Brought back day after purchase cause it was trash
