I thought I’d take a chance and buy a refurbished macbook. What a mistake that was. It was a 2017 model and plugged in it took numerous times to start and then the battery would not hold a charge. Never again

The warranty/ return process not fully explained. GEEK SQUAD mbetios 14 day policy. Bestbuy then said 30 day policy.
The cord that came with product was yellow and seemed burnt.

i didnt receive a charger with it! how can this be possible??
